The Raptor Liner 1L Tintable Kit (RLT/S1) is the ultimate solution for those seeking the unmatched durability and resistance of the RAPTOR® coating, but with the flexibility to customize the color to their liking. This two-component (2K) polyurethane system creates an extremely tough protective barrier that can be tinted to match or complement the color of your vehicle, project, or part. Ideal for smaller applications, touch-ups, and custom jobs, this kit offers maximum versatility without compromising protection.

2K Polyurethane Technology with Color Customization

• High-Performance Tintable Formula: Just like the larger capacity kits, the RLT/S1 is a 2K polyurethane coating that, once mixed, forms an extremely durable protective barrier. It is up to 10 times tougher than conventional paints and offers superior protection against impacts, scratches, chemicals, fuels, hydraulic oils, saltwater, animal urine, and corrosion.
• Color Customization: To achieve the desired color, 100 ml of polyurethane or acrylic paint (solvent-based) must be added to the base mixture before adding the hardener. This allows for a finish that seamlessly integrates with the vehicle's aesthetic.
• UV Stabilized: Its advanced formulation includes UV stabilizers that prevent fading and deterioration caused by prolonged sun exposure, ensuring the custom color remains vibrant for longer.

Practical and Easy to Use

• 1-Liter Format: The kit contains 750 ml of tintable base RAPTOR® coating and 250 ml of hardener, yielding approximately 1 liter of ready-to-apply product once the color paint is added. Its coverage is approximately 2 to 3 m², depending on the thickness and texture desired.
• Easy Application: Follow the simple “Pour – Shake – Shoot” process. Once mixed, it can be applied with a gun (compatible with standard and professional RAPTOR® guns), roller, or brush, allowing for great versatility depending on the project.
• Applicator Compatibility: Designed to work perfectly with RAPTOR® application guns (both the standard GUN/1 and the professional GUN/VN).
